
Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager (PM)
Location: San Jose, CA - Day 1 Onsite
Job type: Contract
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related integrations. Own project planning, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables for Salesforce initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear project plans, user stories, and milestones. Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams and Salesforce delivery teams (Architects, Developers, Admins, QA). Drive Agile execution including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release coordination. Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance. Skills:
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills. Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including data model, flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery and using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery, timelines, and quality. Experience:
5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager. Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Experience working in enterprise or large-scale Salesforce programs. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant) and Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM) are a plus.
