We’re looking for a Salesforce Admin to own and evolve our Service Cloud platform supporting a global customer support organization.

You'll

Administer and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud (workflows, automation, reports, integrations)

Partner with support ops and Salesforce developers on enhancements and integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect)

Ensure data integrity, security, and platform health

Deliver dashboards and insights that improve agent productivity and customer experience

You bring

5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a support/contact-center environment

Nice to have

Advanced Admin or Service Cloud Consultant cert

Amazon Connect or CTI experience

Strongly Preferred

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Admin II).
