As a Brokerage Support, you will:
Provides high?quality customer service and
brokerage
support
to client's Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) clients. This role involves daily phone and email interaction, detailed problem resolution, and end?to?end handling of account?related requests. The ideal candidate will have a
background in financial services
-
preferably brokerage or retail banking
- and strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication Provide outstanding customer service through phone and written communication. Respond to and resolve client inquiries, often managing multi?day cases requiring thorough follow?up. Record detailed information regarding client issues and actions taken. Escalate complex issues to management or partner departments when needed. RIA Account Support
Assist RIA clients with:
New brokerage account opening Funds transfers Account maintenance Platform and web navigation
Ensure all requests are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory policies. Account Processing & Accuracy
Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts or statements. Maintain client accounts per guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance. Enter and update client information in internal systems. Case & Workflow Management
Manage multiple open client cases simultaneously with strong organization and follow?through. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently. Communicate status updates and any challenges to management proactively. Ideal Background
Customer service experience within the
brokerage securities industry .
Must?Have Qualifications Background or education in
financial services , ideally brokerage securities or retail banking. Proven ability to
analyze complex data
and resolve multi?step issues. Strong
organizational skills
and ability to manage multiple tasks and cases. Nice?to?Have Qualifications
Working knowledge of
new account opening and account transfers
in the brokerage industry. Experience supporting
Independent RIA firms . Demonstrated job stability with limited frequent role changes.
Pay Rate:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
