In this role, you will oversee the estimating process for a variety of exciting construction projects. Your responsibility will include preparing accurate cost estimates, managing the entire bidding procedure, fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, and leading a committed team of estimators. Key Responsibilities: Craft detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Oversee the bid process from pre-construction to submission, ensuring timely completion. Nurture relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and uncover opportunities for cost savings. Encourage a collaborative team atmosphere to boost project outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating. Proficient in estimating software and the MS Office Suite.
