1. Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Functionality
2. Understanding of all configuration for HCM.
3. Knowledge of People Tools is a must.
4. Desire to learn and develop skills.
5. Good breadth of knowledge across the whole application.
6. Ability to map business process to a system solution, identifying gaps and solutions.
7. Able to specify and playback requirements clearly.
8. Wider experience of payroll processes from a business context.
