Job description: Bachelor's
degree in Computer science or equivalent , with
minimum 5-10 Years of IT experience. Must be the candidate with 5-10 years' experience, and preferably Telecom or Former Charter experience. we also used "Product Analyst" in the posting because it's much more fitting to the role. This is a senior level position that is responsible for analyzing complex
business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This role requires thorough understanding of the
structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning. This position can collaborate with one
or several business units or functions. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of
translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
