Overview of Responsibilities
As a Fresh Produce Associate, you will embody our commitment to farm-fresh produce daily! You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through proper product handling, preparation, and merchandising. Your duties will include:
Stocking and organizing the produce department in accordance with established schematics, ensuring product presentation is visually appealing.
Maintaining product rotation and freshness, including trimming, watering, and merchandising items.
Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers and answering questions in a friendly manner.
Ensuring accurate pricing and labeling across all produce items.
Conducting inventory control to maximize product availability.

Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Reliable and dependable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Respectful towards others and uphold ethics and values aligned with our culture of diversity and inclusion.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of taking direction and engaging in teamwork.
Able to perform repetitive tasks, organize effectively, prioritize duties, and multitask.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Willingness to perform additional related duties as assigned.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $25.90 / hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
