Growth-Focused Product Manager - GRE Portfolio At ETS, we believe in the transformative power of education. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Growth-focused Functional Product Manager to lead the business growth of our GRE product portfolio. This role is based in NJ, and we welcome candidates from NYC or those who can commute to Princeton, NJ. In this position, you will own the complete strategy for scaling GRE products, from vision to execution, working collaboratively across teams to enhance performance, improve the customer experience, and launch new offerings that demonstrate ETS's dedication to educational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead Growth Strategy: Own and drive the business strategy for GRE products, emphasizing market expansion and revenue growth.

Optimize Product Experience: Continuously enhance product features, user journeys, and customer interactions to maximize engagement.

Identify New Opportunities: Seek out new markets, partnerships, and innovations to broaden GRE's reach.

Conversion & Engagement: Focus on site optimization and redesigning pricing/packaging to elevate conversion rates and customer value.

Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to inform strategies, measure impacts, and iterate on growth initiatives.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to revamp email nurture campaigns and enhance customer retention.

Launch Excellence: Plan and execute rebrands and new product launches with strong positioning and effective go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to implement high-impact initiatives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor product metrics and continuously identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or STEM field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in product management, growth strategy, or business ownership.

Proven success in scaling products and achieving measurable growth.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

The advertised base salary range reflects the anticipated salary for this position, accounting for factors such as internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate's relevant experience and skills. Compensation is just one part of the Total Rewards Package for the selected candidate.
