BrassCheck is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our small team in Bastrop, TX. In this role, you’ll often be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering excellent customer support experience for both our Daily Stoic and Painted Porch Bookstore. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries with speed and urgency, ensuring customers are provided with the information requested Work with members of our product and content team on upcoming product launches to anticipate customer questions and responses Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Escalate concerns that need attention from other members of the team Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service Analyze and interpret data relating to customer service effectiveness Compensation
