Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract opportunity with a client in Brea, CA). We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to manage incoming calls, process orders, create CRM cases, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Terms Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
6+ months Contract
Onsite in Brea, CA - 4 days in office, Fri – Remote
Requirements
2+ years of customer support experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP & MS Dynamics
High school diploma: college preferred
Medical device/dental implant knowledge is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily call volume and order processing
Create/update cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Resolve customer inquiries and elevate when needed
Maintain accurate customer data (error rate
Support team KPIs and participate in special projects
