Pay Range: $60hr - $63hr

The DocuSign Consultant will administer, configure, and support enterprise DocuSign solutions, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient electronic signature workflows. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, system integrations, platform optimization, and support within validated environments. Responsibilities:

dminister, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature and CLM in an enterprise environment. Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reports. Develop and support DocuSign API integrations with enterprise platforms including CRM systems, document management systems, and Microsoft Power Automate. Configure and support single sign-on integrations using SAML and OAuth. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions. Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to open, track, and resolve support tickets. Support change management, platform releases, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with validated system requirements including electronic signature controls and audit readiness. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials. Support migration activities from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign. Promote best practices to improve platform stability, performance, and user adoption. Requirement/Must Have:

Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting DocuSign in an enterprise environment. Experience working in validated systems with strict compliance and audit requirements. Experience:

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms. Experience integrating DocuSign using REST APIs. Experience with incident, problem, and change management tools. Skills:

DocuSign eSignature administration, templates, workflows, APIs, and reporting. REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, and XSLT. Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform. SSO technologies including SAML and OAuth. dvanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. bility to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Should Have:

Experience with DocuSign CLM. Experience migrating from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign. Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments. Qualification And Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
