
Job Summary - Order Processor
The Order Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, entering, and processing customer and builder orders to ensure timely production and delivery. This role coordinates with sales, design, vendors, and operations teams to verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records within company systems. The Order Processor helps ensure orders move efficiently from approval through fulfillment while supporting customer satisfaction and meeting project timelines.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviewing and processing orders for accuracy and completeness Entering order details into company systems and maintaining documentation Coordinating with sales teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve order issues or revisions Tracking orders and ensuring deadlines and delivery schedules are met Verifying pricing, specifications, and acknowledgements Maintaining organized records and order files Assisting with revisions, change orders, and customer inquiries as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT
