Order Entry Processor

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company need Goodyear who is in search of an order entry processor to join their team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer orders in NetSuite while supporting internal departments such as sales, production, and shipping. This is a fully onsite, Monday-Friday position. The hourly rate is between $21/hr-$23/hr.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter customer orders into NetSuite ERP Review orders for accuracy, pricing, quantities, and delivery dates Maintain and update customer and order records within NetSuite Communicate with sales, production, and shipping teams regarding order status Resolve order discrepancies and respond to internal and customer inquiries Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and general administrative support as needed Qualifications:

Previous order entry or administrative experience (manufacturing preferred) Hands-on experience with NetSuite strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If you are interested, please apply now!
