LHH is seeking a detail?oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as an Order Processing & Customer Support Specialist for our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate order entry, smooth communication with customers, and efficient coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working across various systems, and delivers exceptional service to both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Enter and process all incoming purchase orders in the ERP system Review of customer portals daily for new orders Identify and investigate purchase order discrepancies; communicate findings with Sales and customers Respond to inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, pricing, and shipment tracking Prepare documentation for the Shipping department, including packing lists, shipping labels, and bills of lading (BOLs) Schedule shipments with freight carriers Invoice all complete orders Submit Advanced Shipment Notices (ASNs) based on customer requirements Enter and update customer forecasts Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable navigating and entering data in multiple customer web-based portals Preferred: Experience with ERP software

Pay/Benefits:

22/hr - $26/hr dependent on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $26.00 per hour
