Key Responsibilities:
Conduct empathetic surveys with potential clients to assess their suitability for our practice.
Collaborate with our marketing team on effective outreach and partnerships with other law firms to attract new cases.
Organize documentation and perform data entry in our case management system to refine the onboarding process and maintain current client records.
Set appointments for potential clients that align with our criteria, working closely with the firm's attorneys.
Qualifications:
Experience with CRM and case management software is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of empathy are essential.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Demonstrated skills in data entry, spreadsheet management, and general computer proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience in legal intake is mandatory.
