Position Title:
Print Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative
This role serves as a vital connection between clients and the company, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and professionalism. The Print Account Manager/Customer Service Representative will handle complex work orders, maintain internal customer service standards, and facilitate communication across departments. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering strong client relationships. The ability to manage challenges effectively and maintain composure under pressure is essential. Salary Range:
$56000 - $60000 / Year DOE
Print Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Take complex work orders from clients Manage orders on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Maintain internal customer service standards at all times Balance customer interests with company objectives Communicate price increases to customers and calculate quotes as needed Update clients on expected shipping times and any delays Distribute updated page counts across teams Coordinate with press managers or purchasing departments as necessary Produce invoices and facilitate approval processes Review print samples to advocate for customer quality Print Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative Requirements:
3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, ideally with physical products Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is ideal; a high school diploma with strong writing skills and professionalism is acceptable Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented Experience in trucking, dispatch, or B2B custom manufacturing is beneficial The ability to maintain relationships across the company to communicate client needs and understand the print process is essential Experience in the printing industry is preferred Familiarity with digital print or web offset is preferred Benefits:
