Remote Call Center Agent
This is a remote role where you will play a vital part in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
Identify clients' needs and provide suitable solutions.
Convert inbound calls into leads and facilitate them into towing jobs.
Working Conditions:

Shift-based, operating 24/7.
