Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage stays aligned with their needs Educate clients on insurance options and guide them through the decision-making process Identify opportunities for upselling or additional coverage Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Maintain accurate records of communication and client information in CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
