Sales & Tenders Administrator
to play a pivotal role in supporting our business development and pre-contracts activities. This role is ideal for someone with a
tender, proposal, grant or technical writing background
who enjoys working at the centre of complex submissions and thrives on deadlines, detail and collaboration. You will work in coordination with Sales & Tenders Coordinator, and act as the operational backbone of the sales and tendering function, ensuring bids are compliant, compelling, professionally presented and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end tender and proposal activities from enquiry through to submission Assist in the preparation, compilation and submission of EOIs, tenders and bids Contribute to technical and administrative writing, including proposal content, returnable schedules and compliance documentation Review, proofread, format and package submissions to ensure clarity, professionalism and compliance Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required bid information Determine submission methods and manage uploads to client portals or other channels Maintain and update SalesForce CRM to track opportunities and reporting Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports including KPIs and resource planning Manage and curate a comprehensive document library in M-Files, including proposal templates and CVs Stakeholder & Administrative Support Provide high-level administrative support to General Managers and their teams Organise meetings, travel, customer visits and sales reviews Support strategic products, OASIS and operations teams with tender coordination as required Identify opportunities to improve tender processes, systems and workflows Leverage and help develop AI-supported tools for writing, administration and summarisation Contribute to a culture of innovation, quality and continuous improvement You are a detail-driven professional who enjoys working with complex documentation and multiple stakeholders. You take pride in producing high-quality written material and meeting non-negotiable deadlines. You will bring: Experience in tendering, proposal writing, grant writing or technical writing Strong written communication skills with an eye for structure, clarity and compliance Experience supporting or coordinating sales or business development activities Confidence working with document management systems, CRM platforms and MS Office Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills A proactive mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Highly regarded: Previous experience as a Tender Writer, Sales & Tenders Coordinator or similar Exposure to SalesForce, M-Files or similar systems Training or experience using AI tools for technical writing or administrative support or willingness to learn Qualifications Senior Secondary Certificate or Certificate/Diploma level qualification Training in tender or technical writing (highly desirable) Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sales or finance (desirable) Desired Skills and Experience
