Our Fintech client is seeking a dynamic BDR to join their growing team!

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to produce business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Execute 80–120 daily outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)

Qualify prospects interested in Bitcoin mining hosting and services

Educate prospects on company's hosting, energy, and repair offerings

Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and leadership

Support marketing with campaign refinement and prospect targeting

Represent company at Bitcoin and blockchain events

Manage pipeline and track progress in HubSpot

Requirements

1–3 years of sales development, lead generation, or outreach prospecting experience

Strong interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, and decentralized finance (willingness to learn)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Goal-oriented with ability to hit daily/monthly activity targets

Coachable with receptiveness to feedbackOrganized, accountable, able to manage multiple prospects

CRM tool experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice-to-Haves

Previous sales, investing, or crypto experience

Knowledge of Bitcoin mining, ASIC hardware, or energy markets

Familiarity with outreach tools (Salesloft, etc.)

Active presence in Bitcoin/crypto communities (Twitter, Telegram, Nostr)

Base salary ($52,500) + uncapped commissions (Year one projected earnings including base will be around 82,500)

Company-paid travel to select Bitcoin and mining conferences
