Overview

The Associate Manager, Employee Engagement Communications, serves as the primary internal communications partner for the Consumer Organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that inform, engage, and connect the Consumer Organization employees to business priorities, milestone programs, and wins— while amplifying globally relevant stories that showcase our people, innovations, and achievements across enterprise channels to inspire and unify employees worldwide. Working closely with the Global Employee Engagement Communications team, the Brand Comms CoE, the Global CMO’s Chief of Staff (CoS), Consumer Organization Communications Business Partner (CBP), and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures clear, consistent, and compelling communications across channels, supported by data and insights. This L9 role is ideal for a communications professional who blends strategic thinking, strong writing and storytelling skills, and operational excellence to support a fast-moving, high-impact Marketing organization. Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies aligned to PepsiCo enterprise objectives and Consumer Org function goals. Partner with the Consumer Org CBP and leadership team to create plans and tactics that support functional priorities and key milestones. Content Development & Storytelling Serve as the internal communications partner for Consumer Org, mining stories across teams to surface best-in-class wins and impact. Draft, manage, and place stories through the editorial process to amplify Consumer Org successes across the function and enterprise. Create content for internal channels, including announcements, newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and presentations. Program & Milestone Communications Design and execute communications to keep employees informed and engaged around milestone programs and key initiatives. Manage day-to-day Consumer Org internal communications needs in close partnership with the Marketing CoS and Comms CBP. Employee Engagement & Events Coordinate logistics, content development, and project management for Consumer Org town halls in partnership with the CoS and Comms CBP. Promote employee engagement initiatives and events within the Consumer Org function. Support development and execution of function-led awards and recognition programs. Measurement & Insights Partner with data and analytics teams to gather, analyze, and apply metrics to optimize effectiveness and engagement. The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Experience:5–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications within a large, matrixed organization. Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business priorities into compelling narratives. Proficiency in digital communication platforms and tools (Contact Monkey, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders. Preferred:Experience in consumer goods or global organizations EEO and Employment Notices
