Job Description FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community! The Housing Stability Manager is an integral member of the Hope Division leadership team. Primary responsibility for providing casework and administrative supervision, leadership and oversight of assigned staff across housing-based programs as well as maintaining a caseload. Work in partnership with Department Director to ensure target budgetary, programmatic, and contractual goals are met. Represents the program and organization for internal and external committees, meetings, and advocacy efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in the housing and domestic violence services fields is strongly preferred.
Strong project management and program development skills, as well as experience working collaboratively with community providers and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to understand a variety of billing and funding streams.
Independently licensed clinician preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g., funding proposals, program materials, reports, position papers, policy documents, public presentations, etc.) preferred.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred. FSRI values staff with bilingual language capacity and familiarity with the local community they will be serving. FSRI includes pay incentives for bilingual staff.
Ability to work flexible hours to support assigned programs and organizational needs which may include occasional early evening hours to accommodate client availability.
Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements
Travel to and from community locations and office sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
Lift up to 20 pounds.
