Our client, a leading American multinational technology conglomerate, is seeking a Outbound Telesales Representative 4 to join their team. As a Outbound Telesales Representative 4, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Outbound Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new sales opportunities
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive sales conversions
Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
What's Needed?
Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales roles
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
