Position Summary
Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support company growth through lead generation, client relationships, and new project opportunities. This role rewards performance and initiative with a competitive base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new leads and business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, brokers, and industry partners
Support proposals, bids, and client presentations
Track outreach, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems
Attend networking events, site walks, and industry functions as needed
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to convert opportunities into projects
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, or construction-related roles preferred
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑up skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable with performance‑based compensation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Construction, maintenance, or commercial services experience is a plus
