Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Seattle, WA. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, developing relationships with prospective clients, and engaging in inside sales activities. Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic business development initiatives, basic project inspection and estimation, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Experience with Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Sales techniques and relationship-building
Proven ability in Business Development strategies and practices
Motivated self-starter with a results-driven attitude
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with construction or maintenance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
