Role Overview

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting PR campaigns, event coordination, and community outreach, including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with press kits, outreach materials, and public-facing content

  • Professionally engage with attendees, donors, volunteers, and media contacts

  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and event feedback

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication strategies and expand reach


Qualifications
  • Friendly, confident, and motivated to learn

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Interest in events, nonprofit work, public relations, or community engagement

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteer roles is a plus but not required

  • 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
