ArmadaCare is seeking a full-time Digital Designer to support our Marketing and Lead Generation efforts. This role will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing & Growth and work closely with a small, collaborative marketing team supporting company-wide initiatives and demand generation campaigns.
This position is ideal for a versatile designer who is equally comfortable producing polished visual assets and supporting front-end web experiences. You’ll contribute across a wide range of projects—including digital advertising, landing pages, email creative, downloadable assets, paid social, and presentation support—while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders.
The right candidate is a strong generalist with excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deliverables, and a desire to continuously learn and grow within a fast-moving marketing environment.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, digital advertising, presentations, and video-friendly layouts
- Design social media content including static graphics, carousels, motion snippets, and campaign visuals optimized by platform
- Develop and maintain digital templates, visual systems, and reusable design components aligned with ArmadaCare brand guidelines
- Edit and maintain existing web pages within WordPress or similar CMS platforms, ensuring visual consistency and accuracy
- Design and deploy new web pages using established templates, components, and brand systems
- Ensure all digital experiences follow responsive design best practices
- Participate in creative reviews and provide thoughtful input on layout, usability, brand expression, and digital best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all creative deliverables align with brand standards and campaign goals
- Support additional marketing and design initiatives as needed
- Other such duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional digital design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma
- Experience working within WordPress or other open-source CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and landing page builders
- Strong understanding of digital media specifications, platform requirements, and creative best practices
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high design standards
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Curiosity and interest in staying current with design, web, and digital marketing trends

Salary Information:
In accordance with Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, we are committed to providing transparent wage information for all posted job opportunities. The wage range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Armada follows a hybrid work structure where employees work in-office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) and remotely for the remaining two.
