You’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that highlight our people, properties, and impact in communities nationwide. The Marketing Coordinator thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing details, supporting content creation, and keeping marketing assets organized and accessible.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day social media execution, including content scheduling, post publishing, engagement monitoring, and performance tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
  • Draft and edit general company correspondence, including announcements, internal updates, talking points, and other written communications as needed.
  • Support short-form video and visual content development for digital platforms.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy that aligns with the company’s brand voice across internal and external channels.
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain marketing assets, including photos, videos, brand verbiage, templates, and creative files, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to date.
  • Maintain and update the company intranet and internal communications channels.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and execution of events and marketing initiatives, including property openings and community activities.
  • Maintain content calendars, manage marketing trackers, and support reporting on engagement and performance metrics.

Who You Are

  • A motivated marketer with a strong interest in social media, communications, and brand management.
  • Highly organized, with a knack for keeping content, assets, and messaging streamlined and accessible.
  • A clear and confident writer who’s comfortable drafting professional correspondence.
  • A team player who collaborates well and supports senior marketing team members.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with content organization systems, asset libraries, or shared drives.
  • Basic graphic design skills and working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop preferred.
  • Exposure to video content creation or editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience within the real estate industry and/or affordable housing is a big plus.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join a mission-driven real estate organization making a meaningful impact nationwide.
  • Gain hands-on experience across social media, communications, and brand operations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and a creative, supportive marketing team.
  • Grow your skills in a dynamic environment that values initiative, organization, and creativity.
