They say a picture is worth a thousand words. In real estate, it’s worth a thousand site visits. We aren’t just looking for someone to document rooms; we’re looking for a Visual Storyteller.

Your goal is to make a buyer fall in love with a home before they even turn the key. You will be the architect of our brand’s visual identity, transforming bricks and mortar into "the dream" through high-end photography, cinematic video, and immersive digital experiences.

$15 hourly

• Photograph and video residential and commercial properties, capturing the property's best features and details
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and quality
• Create floor plans, virtual tours, and 3D models of properties using specialized software and equipment
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure their satisfaction with the final product
• Maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment, and ensure that they are in good working condition
• Schedule appointments and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Be able to be a solution-based problem solver
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Training provided
• Photography and drone experience are a plus
• Adhere to Team standards for dress code and other policies
