Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License to practice legally Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property regulations Strong Customer Service and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships Sales skills to negotiate deals effectively and close transactions Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends Proficiency in using real estate management tools and software Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to meeting sales targets Relevant work experience or educational background is a plus
