We Are An Independent Brokerage But Function As a Team, Which Means That Each Full-time Agent Should Expect, On a Monthly Basis

10-15 Zillow leads in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens

20-30 Buyer leads from our unique partnerships

10-20+ website signups

Responsibilities

Provide top‑notch customer service to our buyers, renters, and sellers across NYC

Pitch clients and show them appropriate and tailored properties for their search

Stay updated on real estate trends and fair housing regulations

Utilize our CRM tools to increase conversion and post on social media to stay engaged with former clients

Form and grow relationships with developers and landlords

Skills Required

2+ years as a licensed real estate agent, and an active license in NY

Strong client service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -- your business is yours to build, but we also like to share deals amongst the team

Proficient in using CRM software and consistent client follow‑up

A positive, solution‑seeking attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced growing organization.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $50,000 - $500,000 Annual
