Responsibilities
Finish the PLACE Launch program
Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly
Help buyers with agreements and home searches
Negotiate client offers
Record activities in PLACE Technology
Host two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting into appointments
Participate in weekly script practice and team events
Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
Driven by sales with a competitive spirit.
Expert in building relationships and identifying client needs.
Proficient in lead generation and prospecting.
Skilled at overcoming objections.
Strong communicator committed to service.
Team-oriented collaborator.
Valid real estate license required.
At least 1 year of real estate sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Growth-focused and eager to learn.
Highly organized with great time management.
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
