A well–established commercial real estate practice is seeking an experienced
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to support a high‑volume transactional team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple real estate transactions from contract through closing. Candidates with commercial‑only or a commercial/residential blend—and those with in‑house real estate backgrounds—will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate title searches, surveys, environmental reviews, inspections, appraisals, UCC searches, Zoning Verification Letters, and Will Serve Utility Letters
Assist in drafting Purchase & Sale Agreements, Leases, and Amendments (based on LOIs)
Prepare and manage closing checklists and transactional documents, including deeds, waivers, and title objection letters
Participate in closings and assist with the distribution of closing funds
Retrieve documents and filings from governmental sites (Register of Deeds, Secretary of State)
Review and organize due diligence materials
Maintain high-volume document organization with accuracy and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate required
Prior
commercial real estate
experience required (commercial/residential blend considered)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and
SoftPro
Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with digital platforms
Collegial, supportive culture with an open‑door atmosphere
Clear communication and collaborative workflow across teams
Medical, life, short-term & long-term disability (mostly employer‑paid)
18 days PTO
for first 5 years; increases with tenure (up to 23 days)

Pay Details $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
