skilled Real Estate Paralegal
to join a high‑performing, collaborative group supporting a busy commercial real estate practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced transactional environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex real estate matters.
About the Role In this position, you’ll play a key part in supporting commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.
Draft real estate documents including deeds, leases, easements, assignments, affidavits, closing statements, and financing statements
Prepare initial drafts of leases and lease abstracts
Review title, survey, and plats; prepare title memos and objection letters
Order, review, and summarize UCC searches, litigation searches, and zoning reports
Create and manage transaction timelines, checklists, and closing checklists
Keep multiple deals organized and on track toward closing
Form legal entities and prepare corporate filing documents
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
3+ years
of experience in commercial real estate, lending, title and survey review, or transactional work
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Word (redlines, Styles) and Excel
Excellent writing, proofreading, organization, and client‑communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple matters, and maintain strong attention to detail
Experience in a law firm, corporate real estate department, or title company preferred
Self‑motivated team player with a proactive approach
Competitive compensation:
$75K–$95K+
