Farmers Protégé Agency Producer Program
is a
paid apprenticeship
designed for high‑potential professionals who want to
own their own insurance agency

Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
Work warm inbound leads and referrals through an established Farmers agency
Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products
Learn consultative selling, cross‑selling, and client retention strategies
Build a personal book of business while developing leadership skills
Receive hands‑on exposure to agency operations, sales management, and business ownership
Train with Farmers’ systems, underwriting processes, and growth strategies
Prepare for the transition into your own Farmers agency
Training & Mentorship
1‑on‑1 coaching from a successful Farmers agency owner
Structured onboarding and production ramp
Access to University of Farmers®, one of the most respected training programs in the industry

Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (General Lines) required for program graduation. (If you’re not licensed we can help)

Ability to pass background check
