As a Consulting Sales Arborist, you are the face of RYAN. You will use your deep knowledge of arboriculture to assess residential properties and identify solutions that keep our local landscapes healthy and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

Tree & Landscape Sales: Primary focus on selling expert tree pruning, removals, and light landscape maintenance services.

Expert Consultation: Meet with residential clients to diagnose tree health and identify property‑wide landscape needs.

Precision Bidding: Write detailed proposals and accurately estimate man‑hours to ensure production crew success.

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage leads, follow up on quotes, and grow your local book of business.

Requirements

Certification: ISA Certified Arborist preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in the green industry; client‑facing experience in high‑end residential markets is highly valued.

Skillset: Strong knowledge of arboriculture, production rates, and local Missouri landscape standards.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Google Suite.
