
A publicly traded, global manufacturing organization is adding a
Tax Analyst
to its corporate tax team. This role offers broad exposure across U.S. federal, state, and international tax while working within a sophisticated, multi-entity environment.
The position is well-suited for someone early in their tax career who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and visibility into complex tax matters inside a large operating company.
The Opportunity This role supports core income tax compliance, provision, and planning activities across a diversified business with domestic and international operations. You’ll partner closely with accounting, treasury, FP&A, and legal teams while gaining experience across multiple tax disciplines.

What You’ll Work On Income Tax Compliance
Support preparation of U.S. federal and state income tax returns for multiple legal entities
Assist with extensions, estimated payments, and related workpapers
Coordinate tax data and schedules with operating units
Tax Provision & Reporting
Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations
Support current and deferred tax analysis under ASC 740
Help analyze effective tax rate drivers and fluctuations
State & Local Tax
Prepare state income tax filings and supporting schedules
Assist with apportionment calculations and state estimates
Track state notices and support audit inquiries
International Tax Exposure
Support international tax reporting and compliance matters
Assist with U.S. international tax calculations and documentation
Contribute to country‑by‑country and related reporting
Research & Special Projects
Research tax law changes and support planning initiatives
Assist with tax audits and information requests
Partner cross‑functionally on transaction analysis and data requests
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of income tax experience (public accounting or corporate)
Exposure to tax compliance and/or provision work
CPA or progress toward certification preferred
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven
Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
