Overview
We are looking for a full-time
Senior Designer
to join and support Publicis Collective. This role works with various teams in shaping and delivering design across digital, product, pitch presentations, and branding, as well as internal and external communications.
The Senior Designer is a highly motivated creative with a solution-based mindset, and a strong understanding of basic principles of design proven through application: Balance, Rhythm, Scale, Typography, Proportion, Color, Consistency, et al. This individual plans concepts by studying information and materials to quickly turn them into action. This position will be involved in building out design systems and processes to lift brand standards across client accounts.
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, internal communications, and executive presentations that align with brand guidelines
Translate strategic messaging and complex information into clear, visually engaging storytelling assets
Create visually compelling communication materials (digital and print) for agency-wide initiatives, campaigns, and programs
Develop templates, toolkits, and frameworks to streamline brand consistency across teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
Stay updated on design trends, presentation technologies, and communication best practices to continuously enhance design quality
Contribute to the development of visual storytelling standards and design systems that elevate the agency’s brand presence
Qualifications
5+ years of design experience (agency experience is preferred)
Strong expertise in PowerPoint and presentation design, with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling and layout excellence
Expertise in in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual communication tools
Proficiency in Figma is a plus
Experience designing for a range of formats: email templates, social media, internal newsletters, event collateral, and digital signage
Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
Solutions-oriented; always has solutions in mind when managing up
Team player who understands time management and quick turnaround timelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail
Self-starter and well-organized
Positive attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
A passion for creativity - any additional creative outlet, hobby or passion is a plus
Familiarity with AI image/video generation is a plus

Compensation Range: $81,225 - $$129,987. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
