Role Description We are seeking a contract Brand Advocates for remote Independent Lead Generation Services based in San Diego, CA. In this role, the Brand Advocate will use their existing network and develop new relationships to identify and establish new business opportunities and collaborate with our existing clients to help them gain audiences with their potential clients. The role will involve actively prospecting/networking for potential clients, abridged training and working knowledge of our clients' available tailored solutions and meeting monthly lead gen targets. Continuous market research and staying updated on industry trends will also be key to succeeding in this position.
This position is a 1099 position and is meant to supplement your current business development role with your employer. We are looking for well networked individuals in a non-competing service to our clients. You will get be paid 60% of our negotiated revenue share with our clients on closed opportunities that you introduce and 70% revenue share on any clients that you bring to RelationsDEV. (Our client's products and services must meet a minimum of $10K annually/per transaction or closed business).
Our Clients' services are an additional resource that the ideal candidate can use to add value in a consultative sales role. We are looking for individuals whose current services/products have them selling to:
HR Leaders and Decision Makers (especially in Tech, Life Sciences and Engineering)
Decision makers for Financial Services (Accounting/Bookkeeping, CFO, CPA)
Decision makers for Manufacturing / Shipping
Qualifications
Proven experience lead generation and building client relationships
Strong presentation, and communication skills
Highly social and actively prospecting in person for current employer
Knowledge of marketing strategies, market analysis, and business development
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Adaptability and willingness to be trained
Prior experience in local market penetration and forming strategic alliances is highly valued
