About The Opportunity The objective of the Graphic Designer is to provide artistic support to the Project Managers, Account Managers, Sales Manager, and other FASTSIGNS National team members by creating professional art renderings for their clients while also maintaining workflow, overseeing deadlines, and measuring production output. This is a full‑time non‑exempt hourly position requiring individuals to work a minimum of forty (40) hours each work week.
How You Will Make a Difference
Work efficiently in vector graphics artwork programs
Provide design and layout artwork as needed
Include the details of materials, structural, and electrical as needed on artwork.
Fulfill all art requests within (48) hours unless otherwise noted.
Fulfill all art revisions within (24) to (48) hours unless otherwise noted.
Fulfill all art corrections the same day as submitted unless otherwise noted.
Complete file conversions for new customer’s logos as needed.
Work with the Sales Team to create new sign program books for sign specifications.
Send artwork files to customers and vendors as requested.
Responsible for keeping customer’s artwork up to date on the shared cloud Drive.
Maintain progress reports for daily artwork submitted and completed.
Maintain a working knowledge of FASTSIGNS core products.
Build and maintain customer online catalogs.
A strong candidate will have
High School Diploma
Experience in digital graphics applications such as CorelDRAW Suite (preferred) and Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience in productivity applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
