The Job As a Senior Business Relationship Manager – IAM/IGA, you’ll work as part of our corporate information technology team with full remote flexibility. You will act as a strategic advisor for Identity Access Management and Governance, serving as the interface between IT and business partners. Your responsibilities include shaping demand, educating partners about IT processes, and developing strategies to influence and align business and IT goals.

Act as the technology advisor and thought leader to the Identity Security business partners.
Champion innovative IT solutions for Identity Security business partners.
Lead IT transformation that drives business results.
Communicate business needs with the technology solutions team.
Influence overall corporate platform architecture, IT strategy, and roadmap.
Represent IT within the Identity Security business partners by maintaining visibility and attending business meetings.
Assist business to form or improve processes and systems solutions that meet tactical and strategic needs.
Ensure project and initiative progress, with effective communication and risk handling.
Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and tracking IT spend.
Evaluate IT project objectives and analyze new business initiatives.
Drive necessary change and accountability in IT and business leadership.

Technical Skills
Strong functional knowledge and extensive experience with SailPoint Identity Now and other IAM/IGA tools.
Knowledge of RBAC and UAR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management tools.
Deep understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, roadmap, and business priorities.
Security, privacy, and risk mindset.
BRMP or CBRM certifications preferred.
Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience, or
Graduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience.
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3-6 years of leadership experience.
