We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager (USA) to plan and execute field events that generate and accelerate pipeline from key accounts and regions to drive revenue targets.

Onsite Roles in Austin, TX with domestic travel (~30%) to field events and tradeshows.

Pay Rate: $70/hr on W2

Duration: 9+ months with possibility of longer-term extensions

Role: As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll partner closely with Campaign, Marketing, and Account teams on aligning field event plans with larger campaigns to drive engagement between key accounts and representatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally to combine a detail-oriented event planning approach with an understanding of sales needs into a cohesive field marketing plan.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales leaders, sales, campaign, and partner teams to build the right marketing programs and activities to support the business needs and drive pipeline generation, acceleration, and critical account contact relationship building.

Develop a deep understanding of the Revenue business, acting as the primary Marketing contact for (Owners/General Contractors/Specialty Contractors) North America sales teams for key Field hosted engagements.

Create and execute high-quality personal experiences/events to drive engagement and generate business for our clients and key prospective clients in each of our target markets.

Effectively manage the end-to-end process for all campaigns from initial strategy planning, logistics, and communications to execution and post-event reporting and proactively manage follow-up for business opportunities.

Ensure we are the leader in our key markets—keep branding visible in front of key targets.

Build strategic relationships with our key accounts and target executives.

Develop quarterly OKRs in line with overall marketing goals. Track metrics weekly and report on marketing contributions to pipeline and acceleration. Analyze performance and make adjustments to plans.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience working in customer and lead nurturing relationship management experience in

B2B technology environment.

Strong project management skills, very organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and juggle/meet multiple deadlines.

Exceptional communication, writing and editorial skills; creative mindset.

Experience assisting in the successful organization and coordination of trade shows or market-facing events; ability to be effective working remotely while traveling.

Experience using a CRM platform, preferably

Salesforce , and proficiency using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, event management software; user experience preferred.

Ability to travel domestically (~30%) to field events and tradeshows.
