Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Inside Sales position based in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day inside sales activities, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include serving as the solution expert, identifying sales opportunities, and assisting clients in selecting the appropriate industrial products to meet their specific needs. You will work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Inside Sales and account management is essential for identifying and driving sales opportunities.
Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive experience and repeat business.
Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with customers and effectively conveying technical product knowledge.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. HubSpot) and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Ability to work in an on-site team environment and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
Previous experience in industrial sales or a related field is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not required.
