
As a Territory Executive, you will drive revenue growth and expand market share within a defined territory by building strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers. This role focuses on uncovering customer needs, delivering innovative solutions, and implementing strategic plans to optimize equipment workflows and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets within assigned territory.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while growing share in existing accounts.
Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively to influence customer decisions.
Promote Agiliti’s Equipment Value Management framework to improve hospital workflows, reduce costs, and enhance patient experiences.
Manage accounts effectively by prioritizing high-impact goals and opportunities.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in business, sales, or marketing.
5+ years of healthcare sales or related experience required.
Experience in team-based selling environments preferred; prior service sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; ability to travel up to 50%.
