Job Duties:
Work closely with the recruiting teams to ensure timely deployment of top talent to the client
Build and prioritize strategic target client/contact lists
Schedule meetings through cold calling and thoughtful outreach
Qualify new opportunities by identifying key decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of projects
Achieve monthly objectives by closing new business consistently at or above revenue goals
Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion
Network and maintain relationships with key clients and talent communities for short/long term opportunities
Job Requirements:
High School diploma/GED is required; Degree is preferred
3+ years sales or recruiting experience in staffing or solution industry
Experience in the Tech arena (i.e. – Telecom, IT, etc.) preferred
A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
Uncapped Commission Plan
