Proven skills in sales management, account management, and building strong client relationships Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and direct mail campaigns Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to drive decision-making Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team environment Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Experience in the real estate or publishing industry is a plus
