About the Role
The Interior Designer I/II will help develop interior concepts, space plans, material palettes, and coordinated design solutions for complex hospitality projects. This role participates from early concept through roughly mid‑construction, with opportunities for exposure to on‑site coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Generate interior architectural concepts for hospitality environments, including: Furniture and equipment planning Floor plan analysis and space planning Materiality and visual design concepts Integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical considerations Support development of new or improved design approaches based on project needs. Produce drawings, presentations, and documentation aligned with project standards. Collaborate with senior‑level designers on more complex, large‑scale projects. Follow up with the construction team to maintain design intent. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design required. 3-5 years of professional experience in interiors, ideally with commercial or hospitality project exposure. Strong space planning, material selection, and concept development skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary studio.
