
HilltopSecurities is hiring a Performance Improvement Analyst. The Wealth Management Products and Solutions team supports financial advisors across Hilltop Securities, Momentum Independent Network, and Correspondent firms. In this role, the Performance Improvement Analyst will oversee new product launches, process enhancements, performance‑improvement initiatives and KPI Dashboard monitor. This role is critical in enabling Products and Solutions the ability to scale to help drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation
Identify & implement workflow inefficiencies and lead process‑improvement initiatives
Partner with leadership to streamline operations, reduce risk, and strengthen service delivery.
Document, assess, and optimize end‑to‑end advisor and product workflows.
Lead coordination and execution of new product launches and product enhancements.
Develop rollout plans, advisor training strategies, and communication materials.
Partner with internal teams to ensure launch readiness and consistent advisor experience.
Ensure integrated process flow
Manage weekly field communications, training schedules, webinars, and digital content.
Build strong relationships with advisors and assist with platform navigation and adoption.
Support technology‑driven training enhancements, including AI‑driven tools and chatbot workflows.
Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards using Power BI.
Analyze advisor performance, product utilization, and engagement trends.
Develop insights that inform business strategy and organizational priorities.
Work closely with Products & Solutions, Insurance, Operations, and other business partners.
Participate in strategic initiatives that support firm growth and advisor productivity.
Perform additional duties and strategic projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; business‑related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Licenses preferred: Series 7 and 63/65 or 66; or ability to obtain required licenses within 90 days of hire.
Minimum 2 years of experience within the financial Services industry.
Experience with Envestnet, Salesforce, Power BI, AI‑driven tools, and chatbots preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly detail‑oriented and analytical.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting organizational priorities.
Self‑motivated team player and strong individual contributor.
