This is a part-time (15-20 hours a week) role for a Founding GTM Leader. Local applicants only: Tampa Bay and/or Orlando areas Travel required to surrounding counties (Hillsborough, Bradenton, Sarasota, Polk, Pinellas, Orange) The Founding GTM Leader will be the first hire for our startup client

We are building a new SaaS company, which is a legal-tech platform that provides personal injury, workers comp, and medical malpractice law firms software to handle the management and summary of medical records, expert engagement, and case-building workflows. We are seeking a senior, outward-facing leader to own revenue growth and serve as the primary voice of the company to customers, partners, and the market. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary spokesperson to law firms, partners, conferences, and industry groups Conduct demos, discovery, and solution positioning with plaintiff-side attorneys Translate complex litigation workflows into clear, compelling value propositions Build trust and credibility with lawyers and firm leadership Support partnerships, thought leadership, webinars, and industry visibility Ideal Background

Deep experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or medical malpractice Former practicing attorney, paralegal, or legal-tech sales leader is REQUIRED Strong understanding of medical records, experts, case prep, and trial workflows Proven ability to sell consultative, workflow-driven solutions to law firms Confident public communicator comfortable being the face of the company Long term equity opportunity for the right candidate who proves successful over the next 6 months.
