We’re building smarter systems that make complex legal work more efficient and accurate, and we’re looking for an experienced Paralegal to help shape the future of personal injury case management.
Role Overview We’re seeking a senior paralegal with 5+ years of personal injury experience to serve as a subject‑matter expert in workflow and product design. This is a hands‑on collaboration role where you’ll help define how Simplexity’s systems manage, review, and produce legal documentation, including how medical chronologies (MedChron) are generated and reviewed.
You’ll bring deep knowledge of how PI files flow from intake through resolution, and use that expertise to inform process design, product development, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on workflow design and process optimization for personal injury case management
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements for document management and review tools
Provide subject‑matter expertise on how MedChron and related medical review processes should be structured and automated
Review and test product outputs for legal accuracy and quality control
Support Simplexity’s operations team in developing best practices and training materials
Qualifications
5+ years of paralegal experience in the personal injury field
Deep understanding of PI workflows, medical records, and case documentation
Familiarity with MedChron processes and outputs (experience with automation or review tools a plus)
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Excited about legal technology, process design, and continuous improvement
Based in or near Tampa, FL with availability for hybrid collaboration
Part‑time contract role with potential to expand to full‑time
Flexible hours and hybrid work environment (Tampa‑based)
